1. Services Provided

Clear H2O provides residential pool maintenance, pool opening and closing, vinyl liner replacement, and related pool care services in the Auburn–Opelika, Alabama area. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and a formal quote or agreement with the customer prior to commencement of work.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All pricing is provided as an estimate unless a written quote has been issued and accepted by the customer. Actual costs may vary based on pool size, condition, materials selected, and any unforeseen issues discovered during service. We will communicate any material changes in cost before proceeding with additional work.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Service appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask that customers provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service visit. We reserve the right to reschedule service in the event of inclement weather, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing safe and unobstructed access to the pool area on the day of service
• Ensuring pets are secured during service visits
• Disclosing any known issues with pool equipment, plumbing, or structure before service begins
• Maintaining adequate water levels and power to pool equipment between visits

5. Limitation of Liability

Clear H2O is not liable for pre-existing pool damage, equipment failures unrelated to our service, or issues resulting from customer-provided materials. Our liability for any single service event is limited to the cost of that service. We carry general liability insurance; please contact us for certificate requests.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of each service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and common electronic payment methods. Accounts past due by more than 30 days may be subject to suspension of service.

7. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes only. All content, photos, and text are the property of Clear H2O and may not be reproduced without permission. We make no warranty that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes arising from our services or this website shall be resolved in Lee County, Alabama.
